As I get from those help articles you need some 'association' or whatever between MS Account and said keys. I do not have this association, don't know how to create one and don't think with whatever keys this is possible at all - you have to follow some not so obvious path to create that association.
So, sadly, this problem is unsolvable. For some reason Microsoft decided not to put Office installers publicly while there was no problem with Windows ISOs that you can download even without any MS Account at any time for whatever reason. I have no other choise then do grab MSDN image from somewhere else like a tracker. This is really, really disappointing and even pathetic for Corp team responsible for .com websites as well as Office team that has not allowed a simplier solution.
